The Glen Shopping Centre's Information Desk is located on the Ground Floor, close to Pick n Pay and iStore. Our Guest Relations Officers are ready to welcome you and assist with directions, centre information and services.
The Information Desk is operational from Monday to Saturdays from 9am – 7pm, and Sundays and Public Holidays from 9am - 5pm. They are contactable on (011) 435 9252.

Security & First Aid
The security of our shoppers, staff and stores is incredibly important to us, and we work closely with FSS Security experts to identify the latest crime trends and security threats to ensure that we are fully prepared to handle these situations, should they arise. The Glen as an on-site medic and Netcare is available on call for any medical emergencies.
